PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT Anyone interested in participating in our payment plan must make an initial non-refundable deposit of $50. This deposit will be applied to the total price of your puppy. All initial deposits must be accompanied by a signed Sales Agreement. Once you have made your initial deposit, you may make payments of any amount and at any interval you wish. (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc) Each payment will be applied toward the total price of the puppy. You will receive a statement after each payment detailing all of your payments and balance due. When a litter becomes available, those families with any money deposited will be contacted in the order in which we received their their initial deposit and given an opportunity to select a puppy from that litter. If you elect not to take a pup, you can continue to make payments until the next litter is available, or until you have paid in full. Cancellation Policy: If you have made payments and later decide not to get a puppy, you can cancel this agreement and request a refund of any monies pay, less the non-refundable $50 deposit.
